Role Description
This is a full-time Senior Accountant role based on-site in Pune. The Senior Accountant will handle financial statements, balance sheets, tax compliance, reconciliations, and audits in accordance with established standards. Responsibilities include performing financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as overseeing accounts payable and receivable tasks. The role also involves ensuring compliance with taxation laws, reporting, and working collaboratively with internal teams to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in Financial Reporting, Balance Sheet preparation, and Financial Analysis
• Proficiency in handling Accounts Payable, Receivable, and Reconciliation processes
• Knowledge of Tax Compliance, GST, TDS, and Income Tax regulations
• Hands-on experience in using Accounting Software and proficiency in Excel and financial tools
• Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in accounting or financial management
• Experience in managing audits and preparing regulatory compliance reports is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience working for technology or real estate companies is a bonus
