Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Analyst to join our finance team. As a key member of our department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations for budgeting and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze historical and predictive financial data to support budget and long-term financial planning.
Monitor financial performance relative to budget and research variances.
Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to stakeholders.
Support inter-department and regulatory reporting.
Aggregate and calculate information for reimbursement to affiliates and other related party reporting.
Complete and submit surveys requested by third parties.
Assist with internal/external client requests for financial information, including department reconciliations.
Coordinate with Workday reporting developers on relevant requirement gathering, report design, ledger mapping, and testing validation needed to build new financial and management statement reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and at least two years post-secondary education.
3 - 4 years of comprehensive financial accounting experience including experience with financial reporting and analysis and regulatory reporting.
