• Senior Accounting Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of accounting principles and tax regulations, as well as excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
The primary responsibilities of this role include managing end-to-end accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions. This involves handling GST and TDS calculations, filings, and ensuring compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements and management reports, conduct regular bank reconciliations, and ensure all accounts are accurately reconciled.
The Senior Accounting Coordinator will also support tax filing by assisting in the preparation of income tax returns and other statutory filings, and maintain organized and accurate financial records and documentation for audits and compliance.
To be successful in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience with a strong focus on payables, receivables, GST, TDS, and financial reporting. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, and MS Excel is also essential.
