Role Summary
As a seasoned accounting professional, you will oversee the entire accounting and reconciliation process from start to finish. You will be responsible for leading a team of 10-15 members and ensuring smooth month-end close and reporting every month.

• Manage multiple partners
• Ensure adherence to KPIs/SLA and review timely execution of controls
• Drive audit deliverables and timely submission of evidence in line with requirements
• Build customer relationships, drive confidence, and improve customer happiness by leading all process update calls with customers as required
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include an MBA in Finance or B.Com degree with meaningful work experience. Preferred qualifications include CA Inter degree with meaningful work experience in General Ledger, proficient in MS Office applications, especially Excel, and scope for working under different ERP packages like JDE and SAP.
