Key Responsibilities:
Balance Sheet Management: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate balance sheets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Account Reconciliation: Perform monthly reconciliation of various general ledger accounts, including cash, bank, and accounts payable.
Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statements.
Taxation and Compliance: Handle and ensure compliance with tax regulations, including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting, contributing to strategic financial planning.
Audit Support: Work closely with auditors to facilitate smooth internal and external audit processes.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement: Ensure effective internal controls are in place for safeguarding financial data and assets.
Team Coordination and Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff and help with their training and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting and finance.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
