Key Responsibility Areas:
Lead a team of 10+ accounts executives in a variety of roles; assess and ascertain team performance on basis of individual and group KPIs; deliver on success metrics on the basis of KRA defined and build a process driven and analysis oriented vertical.
1. Analysis, Reporting and Projections (Monthly, Quarterly and Historical)
• Cash Flow (Monthly, Quarterly, Historical)
• Fund Flow (Operating & Capex- Requirements, Projections, Deployment & Monitoring)
• B/S & PnL (Projections & Reconciliation)
• Generation of Reports (Accounts Overheads, Profitability- Vertical wise, Cost Allocation, Debtors & Creditors- Aeging & Allocation)
• Assets (Amortisation/ Depreciation (Schedule, Projections, Fund Flow Allocation)
• Debt (Reconciliation, Balance Statement, Schedule & Projections)
2. Accounts Finalisation
• Final Accounts
• Tax provisions (Current & Deferred)
• Audit & Assessments
• ERP Accounts Reconciliation
3. Reconciliation (Monthly):
• TDS
• Refunds
• GST
• Final Accounts
• ERP Entries and Reconciliation
• Bank Entries
• PF, ESI, PT
4. GST & Allied Compliance (PF, ESI, PT)
• Reconciliation and Monitoring
• Returns preparation & filling
• Due Statements
• Timely filings
• Penalty mitigation
5. Banking & Finance Operations
• Reconciliation
• Due Statements & Closures (NOC)
• Documentation for services (Term Loan, Asset Financing, CC, CA)
• Banking Relations
Key Skills (Required):
• Tally + ERP and others
• Experience in Working in ERP apart from Tally (Logics, SAP, Oracle, others)
• Good skills in MS Excel (V Look-up, Pivot Table, Charts, Formula building, etc.)
• Fluent in Verbal and written communication both English and Hindi.
• Fluent with presentation and reports drafting skills and presenting outcomes and analysis to core management.
• High aspiration and delivery oriented work approach is expected.
Key Education:
• B. Com (Required)
• Master Or Certificate Course in Accounting- M. Com, MBA (Finance), Tax Audit/ Industrial Accounts Certification from ICA or equivalent (Preferred)
• Chartered Accountant with 3+ years experience (Preferred)
Work Experience (Required):
• 6-8 years with experience in Senior Accounts Executive Role and Logistics Industry (Preferably experience with Land Transportation based Company)
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
