This role involves ensuring compliance with financial regulations, optimizing financial processes, and providing insights to improve financial performance. Key Responsibilities:Financial Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions. Accounting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions. Maintain compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits. Cash Flow Management: Monitor daily cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts. Assist in managing banking relationships and optimizing working capital. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and internal controls. Implement automation tools for efficiency in reporting and analysis. Team Collaboration & Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives. Provide guidance and training to junior finance staff. Special Projects: Support ad-hoc financial projects as assigned by management. Required Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's/MBA is a plus). Professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CPA) is advantageous. 5+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting roles. Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and MS Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
