Roles and Responsibility
· Bank Reconciliation to be done in Excel and Tally.
· Managing and attending calls of and for Vendors payment
· Send Invoices courier to clients and track details.
· Payment follow up to be done as per due dates.
· Take necessary steps for recovery form clients
· Look after general admin of office
· Must be handling admin responsibilities
· Tracking Expenses of onsite travelling staff.
· Knowledge of Statutory Compliances (PF ESIC Bonus)
· Reconcile with vendor bill
· Time-keeping
