Responsibilities for CS Candidate 1. E Filing of various forms and well versed with the work related to MCA 21 2. Handled compliances related to Strike off of Companies 3. Drafting of Balance Sheet 4. Incorporation of Company, OPC, Partnership Firm & LLP 5. Conversion of Company into LLP (Vice Versa) 6. Maintenance of Statutory Register 7. Drafting of Minutes Book. 8. Conducting of Board Meeting, AGM +. Annual Filing of Listed Companies, Private Companies & LLP 10. Preparation of Annual Report of a Listed Company, Annual Return and Compliance Report of Companies. 11. Familiar with Notified Sections of Companies Act, 2013 and Circulars, Notifications and amendments released by MCA from time to time. 12. Acquainted with filling of TDS return. GST return 13. Quarterly compliances as per SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. 14. Responsible for ensuring that organization complies with standard financial and legal practice and maintains standards of corporate governance. 15. Preparing Corporate Governance Report, Shareholding pattern, Share Reconciliation Statement, Share Certificate & Limited Review Report and Financial Results and other quarterly Compliances. 16. Entered into Agreement with NSDL for E-voting and maintained all the e-voting procedures & prepared the outcome of AGM. Both QUALIFIED CS AND CS INTER CAN APPLY. Job location: Near Chinar Park.
