The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Ind AS and tax compliance, with expertise in finalizing accounts, managing statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits. They should also be well-versed in SEBI LODR compliance, vendor management, and statutory direct and indirect tax compliances.
Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing Form 3CD and annexures
• Filing tax returns
• Monitoring and ensuring timely reconciliations
• Handling statutory audit, internal audit, and tax audit
• Quarterly SEBI LODR compliance
• Control over processing payments to vendors and employees
• Vendor management
• Statutory direct and indirect tax compliances
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with the team to achieve goals.
