About the Role: As a Senior Analyst, you will be instrumental in maintaining the integrity of financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the preparation and maintenance of financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
Ensuring compliance with internal controls and statutory regulations.
Coordinating with internal and external auditors during the audit process and addressing any audit queries.
Developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance process efficiency and align with corporate policies through Lean methodologies.
What We Are Looking For:
Excellent communication skills with the ability to understand business needs and effectively communicate with business managers.
Proficient in an ERP environment for financial accounting; experience with Oracle Financial is preferred.
Solid accounting knowledge in accordance with Indian GAAP; familiarity with US GAAP is a plus.
Understanding of Direct and Indirect tax compliance requirements.
Experience in the finalization of accounts.
Previous work experience in multinational corporations (MNCs) is preferred.
Strong English communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office applications.
Basic Qualifications:
Professional degree in Accountancy / CA with 6 to 8 years of experience, preferably in an MNC
