Cvent, Inc. is seeking for Senior Associate, HR Benefits to join our dynamic HR team. The successful candidate will be serving as an individual contributor on a variety of human resources programs, policies, and practices that enhance the employee experience expands the organization and minimizes corporate risk. You will be part of a larger team which includes immigration, onboarding, Benefits, mergers & acquisitions and compliance. Location- Gurgaon Work Timings- East coast (6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST) Position Duties:
• Assist HR Ops team with various HR tasks and projects including data entry and data research
• Updates HRIS with employee changes/data entry as needed
• Work cross functionally with Payroll, Commissions, Recruitment, HRBP & Other departments etc.
• Respond to employee requests concerning HR policies, address changes, employment verifications, one time pay outs, expenses, benefits, insurance, Open enrollment, company policies, wellness etc. in a timely fashion
• Support vendor relationships and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with plan structure and company policy.
• Continuous evaluation of internal processes and focus on improvements
• Support and participate in due diligence from the benefits standpoint.
• Assist the HR Ops team on various projects, as needed
• Assist benefits team in managing various benefits (North America & Europe), enrollments, terminations, Annual Open enrollments, Qualifying Life events and maintaining employee records in HRIS.
• Provides day-to-day administration of employee benefit programs and respond benefits queries in HR ticketing system.
• Lead benefits orientation and benefits office hours to provide education of benefits available to new hires and how to enroll in benefits through the benefits portal.
• Work with insurance vendors & payroll team to address any benefits premiums or deduction issues.
• Responsible for special benefits assignments that improve processes and procedures.
• Effectively communicate with employees, Internal departments and company's insurance carriers to address claims, and coverage issues.
Candidate Requirements:
• Must be a Human Resources professional with a minimum of 5-6 years of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree
• Should have In-depth knowledge about International benefits programs (preferably in North America & Europe)
• Good experience with excel, analysis & reporting
• Prior experience with HRIS systems (Workday, ADP etc.) is a plus
• Should have the ability to self-manage with minimal direction
• Should be able to provide problem resolution by effectively communicating with other departments, the employee and or third-party providers.
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Should be comfortable working in east coast hours
• Long term career interest in HR is preferred
