About the Role
We’re seeking a confident, experienced, and self-motivated Senior Solution Based Consultant to join our high-performing fully remote sales team.
This is not your average outbound role — we’re looking for someone who thrives on meaningful conversations, understands solution-based selling, and knows how to ask the right questions to uncover a client’s true needs.
You’ll be speaking with hot leads from our database, using a proven call guide to qualify prospects and book appointments for our financial specialists. If you’re a persuasive communicator who can build trust quickly and guide conversations with authority, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing
Conduct outbound calls to pre-qualified leads using our structured call guide
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to uncover financial goals and challenges
Book appointments for our independent specialists based on client needs
Overcome objections using pre-scripted responses and active listening techniques
Maintain accurate records in our CRM and meet weekly KPIs
What We’re Looking For
We’re only considering candidates who meet the following criteria:
Minimum 8 years in the workforce, with at least 2 years in sales
Proven ability to follow a processes
Strong, authoritative phone presence with excellent listening skills
Self-driven, accountable, and comfortable working without supervision
Fluent in English with the ability to build rapport and trust over the phone
Experience using CRMs or computer-based scripting tools
