A leading healthcare technology company is seeking a skilled AR Manager to oversee its operations.
• The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Accounts Receivable and possess strong leadership skills to manage a team of professionals.
• Responsibilities include managing the AR FTE of 5+ personnel, conducting daily overdue reviews, and sending manual reminders to customers.
• The selected individual will also be responsible for weekly/bi-monthly reviews with the Finance Manager, reviewing AR agency performance, and ensuring good account hygiene.
• Additionally, the AR Manager will work closely with the hospital to drive efficiency in collections and resolve issues promptly.
• Other key responsibilities include accounts reconciliation, credit/debit adjustments, and order reviews.
Requirements
To excel in this role, applicants should possess:
• Post-graduation in finance or a related field.
• A minimum of 9-15 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably with SAP knowledge.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to function independently.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this position.
