We are hiring for the General Corporate team that manages transaction documentation, legal advisory, commercial negotiations, financial regulatory registrations and compliances.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Senior Associate in General Corporate team at AK & Partners in Delhi, India.
Candidate is expected to:
• Be capable of independent review of drafts and legal research
• Delegation of work and giving constructive feedback
• Basic skillset for commercial negotiation and client engagement
Qualifications
• Graduate degree in law minimum
• Work Experience in General Corporate of 2-3 years preferably in a law firm
