We are seeking a Senior Associate to play a pivotal role in winning work, leading project teams, and building strong client relationships across our advisory services.
The role
As a Senior Associate, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, contributing directly to business growth while supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading and contributing to high-quality tenders, proposals and submissions
Supporting business development activities and actively contributing to winning new work
Managing and coordinating project teams to deliver outcomes to scope, time and quality
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and inform strategic decisions
Bringing creativity, innovation and fresh thinking to proposals, project delivery and client solutions
Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
About you
You are a motivated and commercially minded professional who enjoys shaping opportunities and influencing outcomes.
You will bring:
15+ years demonstrated experience in tender writing, proposals or business development within a professional services or advisory environment
Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple priorities
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior clients
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
A highly analytical mindset, combined with creative and innovative thinking
The ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
