Job Description
Law graduates (LL.B.) from a recognized university, LLM (IP specialization) preferred
6+ years of relevant experience in an IP-focused legal role
Strong knowledge of Indian and international IP laws
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Experience with IP litigation and prosecution is a must
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough legal research and draft legal opinions.
• Communicate with clients, understanding their needs, and providing timely updates and solutions.
• Advising clients on IP strategy, trademarks, copyrights, patents, and designs
• Drafting, filing, and prosecuting IP applications before the relevant authorities
• Handling IP litigation, oppositions, and enforcement actions
• Conducting IP audits, searches, and due diligence
• Liaising with domestic and international clients and IP offices
• Supervising junior associates and contributing to knowledge development
