What we are looking for:
Our firm is looking for an experienced lawyer/legal professional for a Senior Associate in Litigation Team to manage a mix of commercial, criminal and writ matters and provide the firm with high quality drafting, legal opinions and research work. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in work on matters before the Commercial Courts, NCLT, APTEL, RERA, DRT & DRAT and Arbitration Tribunals.
Litigation:
Representing clients before the District Courts, High Courts, tribunals, commissions, and other authorities.
Drafting and vetting of various petitions, pleadings, writs, affidavits, counter affidavits, appeals, miscellaneous applications, affidavits, civil or criminal complaints and notices.
