Job Description
We are expanding our trademarks enforcement and opposition team and are looking to hire a Senior Associate. The ideal candidate:
• should have a PQE of 7 years in handling trademarks searches, opposition, drafting evidence of the opposition stages, attending hearing before the TM Registry and ROC office, knowledge of INDRP/ UDRP procedure, ROC complaint related matters, cancellation/ rectification actions both at the Registry and IPD Delhi High court;
• will be responsible for day-to-day task with legal cases, client management, providing legal advice and opinion, drafting and reviewing, research related works and business development.
• should be able to multitask, excellent communication skills, good interpersonal and leadership skills and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in India.
