Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Lawyer (5+ PAE) to join our Work and Road personal injury space in Melbourne VIC.
This role involves representing clients who have sustained a workplace injury or contracted an illness at work or suffered an injury as a result of a transport accident.
You will work collaboratively across a file load with one of our most experienced and respected practice groups nationally.
Your Responsibilities
Manage a mixed workers compensation and transport accident injury practice
Develop new business and maintain strong client relationships
Negotiate effectively and communicate professionally
Exercise judgement and resolve problems expeditiously
Requirements
Previous experience in personal injury, particularly workers compensation and/or transport accident law
Calm and easy-going nature with ability to work autonomously and part of a team
Ability to handle sensitive issues and challenging problems
Demonstrated skills in effective network and relationship management
