Senior Associate/Special Counsel – Employment Law
About the Role
Aitken Legal is seeking an experienced Senior Associate or Special Counsel to join our thriving Employment Law firm.
The role is based in our Gold Coast office in Robina and offers a full-time or part-time opportunity with flexible/hybrid working arrangements.
Providing expert legal advice and strategic guidance to employers on employment law matters
Representing employers in tribunals and courts on employment-related disputes and litigation
Drafting and negotiating employment contracts, policies, and other documentation
Key Requirements
8+ years of post-admission experience in employment law advising employers
Comprehensive knowledge of Australian workplace relations and employment-related legislation
Proven track record of successfully advising and representing employers in employment-related disputes and litigation
