Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned financial expert with a proven track record in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective internal controls to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
• Prepare and present financial statements, adhering to IND AS / AS standards.
• Coordinate consolidated financial statement preparation and audit processes.
Collaborate with auditors to provide necessary documentation and clarification. Conduct regular financial reviews and support balance sheet reconciliations. Ensure timely and accurate submission of financial reports.
Financial Analysis & Reporting
• Enforce close books SOP and monitor adherence.
• Generate monthly MIS reports highlighting key financial insights.
• Provide quarterly financial summaries for board meetings.
• Analyze competitor financials.
Cost Management
• Analyze product and plant-level costing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Evaluate commercial proposals and profitability analysis.
• Evaluate investment proposals, product pricing, and new business initiatives.
Budgeting & Forecasting
• Participate in budget-setting processes and assist departments in managing their budgets.
• Conduct monthly variance analysis (Budget vs. Actual) and provide key insights.
Financial Compliance
• Prepare and present CMA Data.
• Attend credit calls.
• Ensure compliance with terms of sanction letters.
Preferred Attributes
• CA with 4 to 5 Years Background of Core Manufacturing Industry
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate across teams
• Expertise in statutory audits, consolidation of financials, and tax compliance
• AS and IND AS Understanding
