Qualifications
BS in CS or equivalent
5 years of software engineering experience, preferably in the crypto space
Experience with at least one compiled language such as Rust, C++, or C AND 1 backend development language (TypeScript, Python, Node, or similar)
Experience with the Solana ecosystem or having written code that interfaces with such (indexers, RPC nodes, validator nodes, wallet connectors, wallets)
Understanding of networking protocols and frameworks including TCP, UDP, WebSockets, Protocol Buffers, and gRPC
Understanding of Solana architecture, including leaders, shreds, transaction structures (e.g. list of instructions within a transaction), and Jito bundles
Strong system and software design skills, including the ability to reason about technical tradeoffs of different architectural approaches
iOS or Android experience
