Job description
Title - Servicenow Admin
Location - Remote
Type - Contract
Technical Requirements
2+ years of experience on the ServiceNow Platform with knowledge of basic administration of ServiceNow
Minimum 3 years total experience working in a continuous delivery environment and role.
Knowledge of Agile development methodologie.
ServiceNow
Experienced in ServiceNow's ITSM,Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, and AppEngine Studio
Demonstrated experience using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, AJAX and JSON
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform
Reasonable and working understanding of ServiceNow’s Core ITSM modules: Incident, MIM, Problem, Knowledge, Change, ESS, (HRSD & GRC is a plus)
General
Exposure to the ITIL Framework
Demonstrated work experience in business and systems analysis, process and data modeling skills.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Certified ServiceNow Administrator preferred
Certified ServiceNow Application Developer preferred
ITIL or IT4IT certifications preferred
