Job Description:
• Lead the analysis of complex business processes and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Define and drive the business analysis strategy to align with organizational goals.
• Document high-level and detailed requirements, including business cases, user stories, and functional specifications.
• Collaborate with technical / non-tech teams to architect scalable and efficient solutions.
• Oversee the design and implementation of end-to-end processes and workflows.
• Validate that delivered solutions meet business needs and adhere to quality standards
• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations, and discussions to align business and technical teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on best practices and industry trends.
• Key performance metrics to support decision-making processes.
• Leverage advanced tools and techniques to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement.
Skills:
• 5+ years of experience as a Techno-functional / Non-tech Business Analyst.
• Background should be of Finance/Accounts
• Proficiency with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Exceptional analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
