Minimum qualifications:
Master's degree in a quantitative discipline such as Statistics, Engineering, Sciences, or equivalent practical experience.
7 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
3 years of experience in directly managing and leading a team of data scientists or analytics professionals.

Preferred qualifications:
9 years of experience using analytics to solve product or business problems, coding (e.g., Python, R, SQL), querying databases or statistical analysis.
4 years of experience as a people manager within a technical leadership role.
Experience working with business or go-to-market teams in a global organization.
Proficiency in statistical modeling techniques and programming languages (e.g., Python or R) for data analysis.
Excellent data science skills.

The Executive Business Data Science Manager on this team will deliver operational excellence and deliver impactful insights across go-to-market activation levers, including business tooling and processes, business training and skilling, internal business communications and other things. The goals for the role include understanding which levers, in which combinations, deliver the impact for the business, and providing operational insights that further improve the impact of those levers. The role will be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of analysts, ensuring delivery that directly supports our business efficiency, effectiveness, and overall business outcomes. This leader will translate business questions into actionable projects, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute significantly to our team's overall data science capabilities.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $197,000-$291,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of projects, dashboards, and insights across go-to-market activation levers (business tooling, training, internal communications), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and actionable recommendations.
Use advanced statistical analysis to measure the impact of go-to-market levers, and identify opportunities to increase business efficiency and business effectiveness through these levers.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and data scientists, fostering a collaborative, and growth-oriented environment.
Drive excellence within the broader team's analysis and data science capabilities, delivering the development of best practice and solutions to address business issues.
Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the team is delivering on the most impactful initiatives, be transparent with prioritization and delivery, and influence stakeholders.
