Job Description: Senior Business Development - Government Projects
Position Overview: The Senior Business Development will be responsible for driving the company's growth through strategic business development initiatives. This role involves creating and executing business strategies, maintaining client relationships ( Government clients ) , and ensuring that sales goals are met. The GM will also conduct industry research, promote the company's services, and participate in high-level business meetings.
Please Note : The candidate Must have one or more of the following degrees : Bachelor's / Master's in Architecture or Design, Interior Design, Engineering, Finance, Business Management
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development and Execution:
• Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and aligns with corporate objectives.
• Conduct high-level industry research to identify and develop effective sales solutions.
2.Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain positive professional relationships with clients.
• Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s services.
• Promote the company’s services to prospective clients, ensuring a consistent and professional brand image.
3.Sales Monitoring and Growth:
• Monitor sales progress to ensure that corporate goals are being met.
• Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines.
• Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales growth targets.
4.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders on progress and strategies.
• Provide continuous, constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders.
5.Project Management:
• Utilize exceptional project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all projects are aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
6.Communication and Negotiation:
• Demonstrate clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Utilize sharp negotiation and networking skills to build and maintain beneficial partnerships.
7.Organizational and Problem-Solving Skills:
• Apply strong organizational skills to manage various aspects of business development.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
Qualifications:
1.Educational Background:
• Master's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or Finance . Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering , Finance, Business Management is an added benefit
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications are a plus.
2.Experience:
• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in business development ( Government Projects ), sales, or a related field.
• Relevant experience with regards to building, curating and revamping of museums and creation of Sound and Light shows is an added benefit
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business development targets.
3.Skills and Competencies:
• Exceptional project management skills.
• Clear verbal and written communication abilities.
• Sharp negotiation and networking skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Effective problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
4.Other Requirements:
