Job Description
The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company in Industrial Paint segment for Western India.
Responsibilities
• Working closely with the Sales and Marketing team in Protective Coating division to formulate and implement long term as well as short term strategic plans to achieve sales targets with good credit control.
• Ensure approvals for products with clients, consultants, Government bodies and Corporates.
• Identifying key clients, generating business from the existing customers, thereby facilitating to achieving business targets.
• Planning of sales and promotional activities of territories and reviewing the performance of sales team vis a vis plan.
• Managing, training, and mentoring a team of sales personnel, thereby ensuring optimum performance.
• Making Corporate presentation and conducting corrosion audits.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 10 -12 years’ experience in protective coating paint
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• FROSIO/ SSPC/ NACE/ ICorr qualification will be added advantage
