Position Overview:

Trident Consulting is actively seeking a Senior Business Development Manager with extensive experience and a strong network of relationships in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of prospecting and closing deals with direct clients, bringing in high-quality clients, and expanding our client base significantly.

Responsibilities:

· Utilize existing industry relationships to identify and target high-quality direct clients in need of IT staffing and recruitment services.

· Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to generate new business opportunities.

· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, HR departments, and hiring managers.

· Act as a trusted advisor, consulting with clients to understand their staffing needs and providing tailored solutions.

· Collaborate with our recruitment team to ensure clients receive top-tier, vetted candidates.

· Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring they meet the needs of both clients and Trident Consulting.

· Stay at the forefront of industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging technologies.

· Provide regular updates and reports on sales progress and market insights

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

· Extensive, proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the staffing and recruitment industry.

· A vast network of industry relationships and connections.

· In-depth knowledge of the staffing and recruitment processes.

· Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.

· Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

· A strong track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.

· Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
