Job Summary
We are seeking a Mid to Senior-level Business Litigation Associate Attorney with 4+ years of recent business litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business law, excellent writing skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at BCG Attorney Search and contribute to the success of our clients.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Review fact patterns and make correct analyses and recommendations
- Effectively and accurately analyze legal issues
- Second-chair complex cases and first-chair simpler cases
- Assist lead trial attorneys in all pre-trial issues and proceedings
- Prepare complex pre-trial motions
- Assist in evaluating and implementing pre-trial preparation and witness preparation
- Handle pre-trial motions in both Federal and State courts
- Independently and effectively manage a small case with minimum or no supervision
- Independently handle a modestly complex commercial case
- Prepare motions for summary judgment
- Effectively prepare deponents and take complex deposition testimony

Requirements and Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate with excellent academic credentials
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California
- Familiarity with federal and state court procedural rules and practices
- Familiarity with and ability to prepare basic litigation documents
- Experience: 4+ years of recent business litigation experience from a law firm
