Job Description
The City of New York's Investigation, Revenue, and Enforcement Administration (IREA) is looking for a qualified Sr. Claims Specialist to support the integrity of social services programs administered by the New York City Human Resources Administration (HRA). As a Sr. Claims Specialist, you will direct and indirect supervise staff involved in claims processing, monitor and distribute cases in the automation system, and review and maintain statistical reports on program operations.
To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor's degree and three years of experience in a related field, with one year of administrative or supervisory experience. You must also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
