Job description, work day and responsibilities
This is an exciting role for you, if you are a senior bookkeeper seeking Part time, consistent role that can be done remotely. Through your bookkeeping strengths, and excellent and fluent use of the English language, you will be the senior client development person -- building trust with new clients during the period on “onboarding”.
Responsibilities:
Lead nurturing: Build and track via CRM a strong relationship with leads to close sales.
Managing customer relationships: Ensuring we provide caring and competent services to our clients. While you will not perform most of the bookkeeping tasks, you will provide an oversight to the team that does.
Qualifications:
Experience in the bookkeeping/accounting industry: Minimum of 3 years performing full cycle bookkeeping.
Communications: You need to have a soothing, confident and clear voice; you need to be able to write effortlessly in English, without reliance on AI. Minimum of 3 years of experience in daily English communication with customers or clients.
Attention to detail in documentation: Proven ability to work independently, tracking time and recording all data in collaborative documents.
Experience in Customer Service: You have sold products or services that are valued at over $500/item or service
Comfortable using and adopting technology to collaborate and improve efficiency: You should be a quick learner when it comes to integrating new tools into your workflow. You are familiar with QBO, other web-based apps, Microsoft 365 (including web-based Office apps and webmail), video conferencing tools (like Teams), and cloud storage platforms (such as OneDrive).

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
Experience:
Full-cycle bookkeeping: 3 years (preferred)
daily English communication with clients: 3 years (preferred)
selling products or services valued at more than $500?: 1 year (preferred)
QBO, other web-based apps, Microsoft 365 : 1 year (preferred)
