Job Description
•PO & LC terms documents compiling & Co-ordinate with Bank and Customer for approval & acceptance of LC documents.
• Prepare Bank/Corporate Guarantees Draft & coordinate with Customer & Bank for clouse discrepancy & BG issuance & maintain sheet for issued/ expired Guarantees.
•PO term's make Performa invoice & share the scan copy to customer for release Payment & Open the LC against PI.
• Prepare Monthly Collection plan sheet & follow up through calls & mail for collect due outstanding invoice payment.
• Prepare Monthly Billing plan sheet & ensure that all received purchase orders covered with customer balance outstanding.
