About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Consultant / Engineer to play a critical role in delivering high-quality, secure, and reliable software solutions for major organisations across government, financial services, energy, and telco.
This role focuses on Microsoft Azure cloud environments and automation using Ansible, enabling infrastructure-as-code, scalable deployments, and streamlined operations. You will implement and improve complex, mission-critical systems, contribute to technical designs, and ensure solutions are automated, secure, and maintainable.
You will also mentor junior team members, support capability building, and contribute to practice development and knowledge sharing.

You bring:
5+ years of experiencein cloud architecture, software development, or operations, preferably in Azure environments.
Practical experience with Ansible automationfor infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and operational workflows.
Strong understanding of DevOps, DevSecOps, and SRE principlesapplied to software delivery.
Exposure to data-centric and event-driven applications, MLOps workflows, or AI-enabled solutions is a plus.
Ability to translate complex business requirements into cloud-native technical solutions.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
Comfortable engaging with clients and stakeholders to understand needs and manage expectations.
️ What You’ll Be Doing
Design, implement, and maintain Azure cloud solutionsaligned with client requirements.
Automate infrastructure and operations using Ansibleand other infrastructure-as-code tools.
Embed quality, security, and compliance requirementsinto code, release pipelines, and validation processes.
Lead operational support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including root cause analysis and remediation.
Mentor junior engineers and lead larger technical tasks.
Maintain clear documentation of designs, implementations, and operational procedures.
Contribute to practice development, capability building, and knowledge sharing activities.
Desired Qualifications
You should be strong in backend and platform engineering, with hands-on experience in most of the following:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
Recognised Agile practitioner certifications (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe, Flow Framework, etc.).
Microsoft Azure certificationsor strong practical Azure experience are highly desirable.
