Your Role
Work directly with EBS functional specialists or business users to thoroughly understand functional requirements to produce highly effective technical design documentation using best practice development standards. Design, configure and code for reports, UI, programs, extensions and interfaces in Oracle as needed to support client business functions.

Your Key Responsibilities
Participate in the estimation of work product in order to provide right information to TL/PM for overall project estimation
Understand the requirements both functional and non-functional by going through the specifications and with inputs from business analysts and participate in creating high level estimate as well as translating the same to systems requirements in order to create a systems requirements document and participate effectively in the design, development and testing phases of the project
Participate in creating application architecture document in order to provide deliverables in line with architectural requirements
Develop and review artifacts (Code, Documentation, Unit test scripts) conduct reviews for self and peers, conduct unit test and document unit test results for complex programs in order to build the application and make it ready for validation/delivery
Track the delivery against milestones while following stipulated delivery and change management processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.

At least 2 years of experience in Oracle Applications R12 RICEW Components
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of experience in Development of Oracle R12 RICEW components, Upgrade or implementation of Oracle apps R12 or Fusion Cloud, Data conversions
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in software development life cycle
Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
