Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -

As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

Desired qualifications
• SAP HR ABAP Consultant. ABAP with HR/HCM module development.
• Minimum 5+ years Project experience with SAP HR ABAP/4 and HANA preferable
• Data Replication from Success Factors to ECC/ ECP/S4 Hana.
• ABAP certified consultants preferred.
• Can develop and work with ABAP object and classes, Enhancements (BADI and Exit). Strong experience in RICEFW (Reports, Interface, Conversions, Exit, Forms and Workflow).
• Good to have exposure in SAP Web Dynpro + Workflow
• Should have experience in minimum 2 implementation and 2 AMS experience
• Should be able to understand the process knowledge of Development life cycle.
• Ability to understand the functional requirements and translate them to technical specifications.

Location and way of working
• Base location: Pan India
• This profile involves frequent / occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
• Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customised the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
