Summary:
The Contracts Sales Operations (CSO) team enables global growth by overseeing the full governance and lifecycle of client contracts from intake and negotiation support through internal approvals, execution, audit, and reporting. Our primary objective is to empower Account Executives to achieve business goals by delivering a fast, accurate, and compliant contracting process. In close partnership with key stakeholders, we ensure the contract management cycle is efficient, consistent, and aligned with policies and commercial priorities.
Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary owner for assigned client contract requests, managing the end-to-end process from intake and stakeholder alignment to drafting, issuance, and execution.
• Partner with Account Executives and cross functional teams (Product, Legal, Finance, Audit) to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and completed on time to support commercial objectives.
• Manage post execution activities, including record maintenance, system updates, documentation control, and reporting, to provide full visibility and audit ready files.
• Maintain high quality, timely contract data to support leadership reporting, forecasting, and operational planning.
• Identify and implement improvements to streamline and standardize contracting processes, enhancing speed, accuracy, and scalability.
• Support special projects and regional or global initiatives, contributing to best practice sharing and process consistency across markets.
• Accurately maintain all contract data within the CLM system, ensuring timely updates, data integrity, and effective use of CLM tools to support reporting and forecasting.
Requirements:
• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree at minimum.
• 3-4+ years extensive previous contract management experience required (preferably at a company of the same size)
• Previous experience with Contracts Lifecycle Management tool - preferrable Icertis, and DocuSign or e-signature tools
• Proven ability to work independently and proactively, as well as collaboratively with minimal supervision, and engage directly with senior executive management and leaders across various functions throughout
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Great interpersonal and negotiation skills; proven ability to build strong working relationships with internal clients at all levels of management
• Manages well under pressure and tight deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Superior analytical, pragmatic and problem solving, and writing skills and experience
• Skill, experience, and savviness to proactively identify, initiate, and drive strategic efficiency process improvements to completion, gaining consensus and influencing behavior cross-functionally
• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (Required)
• Preferred: Strong understanding of payments industry and Products and Services and relevant and transferable experience at a Fortune 500
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $35.00- $38.90/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
