Job Title: Senior Counsel
Location: Delhi
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Counsel to join Seth Law Chambers, a boutique law firm specializing in Arbitration and Commercial Disputes.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of post-qualification experience in a reputable law firm, senior advocate's chambers, or independent counsel's chambers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conducting thorough legal research and preparing comprehensive briefs/case notes
• Drafting pleadings for submission before Arbitration Tribunals, Delhi High Court, and Supreme Court of India
• Supervising the timely filing of cases before the Courts
• Effectively advancing arguments before Arbitrations and Courts
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate their ability to handle a case from start to finish, including advising clients in the pre-dispute stage, arguing before the Court/Arbitration Tribunals, and executing/enforcing court orders.
Requirements:
• LLB degree from a reputable university with a strong academic record
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• A deep understanding of Arbitration and/or Civil Original Side work
