Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Counselor based in Kolkata. The Senior Counselor will engage with prospective students, guiding them through the admissions process by providing comprehensive course and career information. Other responsibilities include responding to inquiries, assisting with enrollment procedures, and ensuring student satisfaction throughout their journey. The candidate will work closely with the student community, assess their needs, and provide professional advice to help them achieve their career goals.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to guide and motivate students
Proficiency in counseling techniques, client engagement, and problem-solving
Organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring a seamless enrollment process
Knowledge of career opportunities and training programs in areas like Accountancy, Taxation, and other professional fields
Experience in student counseling, career guidance, or a related field is preferred
Familiarity with educational program structures and local industry trends
Experience with CRM platforms and data management is advantageou
