Senior CRM Strategist | CRM| Data Analytics| Agency Experience

Position Overview

Our agency client is seeking a Senior CRM Strategist to play a pivotal role in shaping their marketing strategies and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role is freelance, up to 40 hours per week, for the next 2-3 months with potential to extend.

This position requires a deep understanding of CRM and data analytics to drive customer engagement and optimize campaign performance. The ideal candidate will also bring agency experience to enhance their strategic approach and deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop customer-first CRM communications plans that drive client acquisition, growth, and retention objectives.
• Be proficient with research tools to synthesize consumer, market, and competitive research and data to inform briefs and plans.
• Utilize CRM tools to analyze customer data and optimize marketing efforts.
• Lead data analytics initiatives to measure campaign effectiveness and drive insights.
• Have experience conducting primary research.

Qualifications
• 4+ years of experience in strategy, insights, or planning in a CRM / direct response environment.
• Agency experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with telecommunications, cable, internet, streaming companies, or other subscription models is a plus.
