This is Director position that develops and maintains software solutions that support business needs.

What You’ll Do In The Role
Designing and developing modern and modular web applications using modern coding and testing standards.
Providing the technical leadership within the team to design and code the best tech solution to complex business problems.
Participating in our agile ceremonies and actively driving towards the team’s goals.
Working independently using modern software development practices.
Working collaboratively with a global team of technologists.
Leading with ideas and innovation.
Managing communication and partnering with stake holders (MSIM Business teams) to design solutions.
What You’ll Bring To The Role
Experience developing enterprise JAVA/PYTHON/ANGULAR applications.
Experience working with Designing technology solutions to complex business problems.
Experience in driving the team towards technical excellence.
Experience in driving the team towards timely deliveries.
Experience building enterprise grade micro services.
Experience working with secured web applications.
Experience working with Scalable and extendable web applications.
Experience writing unit, component and integration tests.
Experience working with relational or NoSql database.
Strong understanding of financial markets and various financial instruments with a focus on Equities.
Strong computer science fundamentals.
Strong Problem-solving skills.
Self-driven and motivated team player, who can lead with examples.
Good understanding of both BE and UI technologies.
