Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Digital Marketing Executive at SkyBook Digital™. The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to managing and coordinating digital marketing campaigns for our clients. This includes working closely with clients to understand their digital marketing needs, implementing marketing strategies, delivering as per commitments, and ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Act as the primary point of contact for a designated list of clients.
• Regularly communicate with clients to understand their day-to-day creative needs for various digital marketing campaigns.
• Translate client requests into clear and actionable tasks for our in-house creative team (graphic designers, video creators).
• Manage project timelines and deadlines, ensuring deliverables are produced and delivered to clients on time and within budget.
• Track project progress, identify and address any potential roadblocks, and proactively keep clients informed.
• Develop and schedule social media posts for clients in accordance with their brand voice and content strategy, following pre-approved guidelines.
• Maintain accurate and organized client records and project documentation.
• Prepare creative briefs and style guides for the creative team.
• Assist with client onboarding and ensure a smooth and positive client experience.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorm creative solutions.
Qualifications
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be a Graduate degree holder
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a client service or project management role, preferably within the digital marketing industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, HubSpot).
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality & deliverables on time.
