Senior Ecommerce Accountant (NW-740)

Manage accounts receivable and payable for various E-Commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.) Reconcile bank statements, inventory and e-commerce orders. Manage bookkeeping in Tally and Excel, reconciliation of bank accounts and handing of e-commerce B2B/B2C platforms from finance perspective Prepare exports invoices, vendor bills reconciliation and analyze reports for monthly closing and MIS preparation. Handle disputes related to lost or damaged shipments, monthly GST returns, and TDS return filings. Handle reconciliation of marketplace debit notes and prepare realization and payable reports on a weekly basis. Oversee accounts payable, processing invoices and coordination with banks for payment settlements. Manage daily bank reconciliation, monthly vendor reconciliation, and closing activities including journal entries and account reconciliations. Prepare financial reports, vendor invoices and coordinate with vendors for bill payments and dispute resolution. Responsible for purchase order management, TDS and GST compliance. Qualifications 3+ years' of professional accounting experience, preferably in an e-commerce led business Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is a must Other Requirement Candidate must be able to commute to our Moraiya (nr Changodar) office location using his/her own vehicle
