Job Description
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading end-to-end recruitment for various Electrical Engineering roles, including power systems, MEP, controls, and instrumentation.
• Proactively sourcing and engaging a diverse pipeline of experienced Electrical Engineers through innovative strategies, professional networks, and modern recruiting technologies.
• Serving as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, effectively translating technical requirements into compelling talent acquisition strategies.
• Conducting thorough technical prescreens to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with engineering needs.
• Managing the candidate experience by ensuring effective preparation for interviews, timely feedback, and clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Coordinating interviews, facilitating feedback, and driving recruitment activities with urgency and accountability.
• Extending and negotiating offers, adhering to firm compensation guidelines to ensure competitive outcomes.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and compliance using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Analyzing recruitment metrics to provide hiring managers and leadership with essential insights into pipeline health, time-to-fill, and hiring progress.

Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree and 4 years of relevant experience. Equivalent additional related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Some domestic and/or international travel may be required based on specific duties and project demands.
