Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employment law, with a minimum of 15 years of experience. They will be responsible for defending clients in employment law matters, developing and implementing effective defense strategies, and providing expert advice on employment law matters.
Key qualifications include:
Well-established and exclusive employment litigation, defense background
Current or recent experience working with school third party administrator employment panels
School district defense experience in employment law
Trial experience preferred, but not required
Experience with public entity defense a plus
Knowledge of class/PAGA inclusive
Bachelor's and Juris Doctor degrees
Member, State Bar of California in good standing
