About the Role:
We’re seeking a collaborative Senior Engineer for a team working on key initiatives. In this role, you'll work with stakeholders and engineers to design and implement solutions that balance quality, cost, time, and maintainability. You'll collaborate with the team and Lead Engineer to prioritise work, simplify solutions, and deliver business value, while ensuring high-quality, well-tested code. Additionally, you'll mentor engineers, delegate tasks to empower the team, and support the growth of yourself and others.
You will be joining a front end team working on making new content visible on Elements, our flagship product. While most of your work will focus on front end development, you'll also help maintain existing code and collaborate with teams across the Search and Content Domain to drive success.
Elements is our subscription-based digital asset platform offering a vast library of creative resources to empower designers and creatives to do their best work and to bring their creative ideas to life!
