Senior Estimator
We have been retained exclusively to represent a leading, national, multi-disciplinary construction company with extensive experience delivering major projects in both the private and government sectors.
Having been established for over forty years, they hold a prominent position in the principal contracting arena delivering key infrastructure projects in both Commercial Building.
Responsibilities
Maintain awareness of current and future tenders and market requirements in general, liaise with Tender / Bid Coordinator for inclusion of any new potential opportunities
Develop detailed scopes of work per each trade package for compilation and inclusion in subcontractor / supplier RFT’s
Take a lead role in the coordination, preparation and presentation of tender pricing in accordance with company procedures
Identify, communicate to the Bid Manager and Tender/Bid Coordinator and make provision for potential additional inefficiencies or costs associated with client, HSE, Quality, site or other conformance requirements
Experience Required
Must be able to demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in the construction industry with senior level experience (Tier 1 or 2 Principal Contractor Exp ideal)
Must be able to demonstrate established relationships with WA subcontractor market and a possess a track record in the procurement of general construction projects of up to $200M.
Possess a recognised Degree or minimum of 7 years in the construction or civil industry with senior level experience!
