Roles and Responsibilities
1. Conduct regular analysis and reporting on social media performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and digital agencies, to ensure a cohesive brand experience on social media
2. The main role will be to coordinate with internal marketing teams and digital marketing agencies for day-to-day tasks.
3- Align daily posts on digital platforms and ensure the content is posted as per the schedule
4- Keep a track record of daily deliverables and take approvals from the concerned departments
5- Utilize analytical tools to monitor and evaluate the company’s social media presence and performance.
6- Research on getting the best strategies related to the industry and implement counter strategies.
Desired Skills & Experience
1. Ideal candidate should be young & energetic with a creative mindset & is currently handling Facebook, Instagram, YouTube & Google ads.
2. Experience must be in social media handling or marketing.
3. Proficiency in creating social media strategies
4. Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
5. Proficient in crafting engaging content
6. Organized and proficient in multitasking and proven experience in social media management, with a track record of success in growing brands online presence
7. 3-5 Years of experience in managing social media accounts
8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
