Key Responsibilities
Bills/Accounts Payable:
Recording Invoices Received from all the Vendors.
Validation of Invoice with Agreement & Purchase Order.
Deduction of TDS based on nature of Services & Releasing Payment as per Credit Period.
Filing of TDS Return (26Q) on Quarterly Basis.
Issuance of Form 16A to All Vendor.
Sending Form 16A to Vendors Electronically.
Interaction with all the Vendors for Query in Invoice/Bills.
BRS and credit cards reconciliation.
GST Payment & Returns:
Monthly Payment of GST after Reconciliation with Books.
Filing GSTR 1 & GSTR 3B Return Monthly.
Reconciliation of GSTR 2A with Books.
Interaction with Vendor for GSTR 2A differences.
Candidate profile
Strong knowledge in General Accounting & Good at Reconciliations.
Must have Knowledge of TDS, GST Payment & Returns.
Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill.
Planning and Time Management.
Attention to Detailing.
Willingness and Enthusiasm to Learn New things.
Good at Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) & Tally.
