Tasks will Include the following :
• Accurate and timely carry out of R2R -cost quarter closing activities and its subsequent reporting for APAC region
• Carrying out the recurring R2R cost accounting activities for APAC region
• Coordination with sending team on quarter close, recurring activities and ensuring timely deliverable/query management
• Complete quarterly BS flux and P&L variance analysis for SSC management & local Finance teams
• Act as the main contact point for the Finance team
• Deliver quarterly reporting schedules to SSC Management and/or Finance teams
• Daily review, preparation & posting of journals, allocations, determine & post recodes
• Liaising with external Auditors at quarter close.
• Setting up & leading quarterly pre-close calls with markets to discuss deadlines & issues.
• Complete balance sheet reconciliations for review & compliance purposes
• Supporting the SSC management and wider finance teams on project work
• Preparation of various business reports on a timely basis providing accurate commentary and follow up on variances where required
• Constant identification and drive areas of improvement within current processes with the aim of maintaining the current high standard of service provided in a more efficient manner
• Identification and carrying out process improvement / enhancements for the areas under the role.
• Responsible for ensuring financial control and compliances in the areas of accrual of expenses and relevant financial reporting.
• Preparation of relevant SOPs for the areas under the role for any fresh activity undertaken.

• Timely completion of ad-hoc activities as and when requested
